Tantora banana leaves for the aquarium. Organic banana leaves of the best quality.
Banana leaves contribute to the color and breeding of shrimps, fish, crayfish, etc. Many fish farmers swear by banana leaves. Banana leaves work preventively against diseases such as fungal diseases, rot, bite wounds, fin diseases, etc. Banana leaves decay slowly in the aquarium and provide food for shrimps, crayfish, snails and bottom fish (L numbers, scrapers) for a long time.
Effect:
- Disinfectant - Combating fungi - Promotes the healing of infections - Preventive and treating for fin rot and mucous membranes - Slightly pH lowering - Increases the well being of fish and invertebrates by creating a natural environment. Mimics the natural diet.
Dosage
For general disease prevention, to improve color and general well-being, 1 to 2 leaves per 30 liters is sufficient. For an intensive treatment to combat disease or to promote breeding, add 1 leaf per 5 liters of water.
After 3 to 4 weeks, new leaves can be added to the aquarium. Old leaves can be left until completely eaten or can be removed when new ones are added if no 'eaters' are present.
